Soft skills: essential for your professional growth!
We offer unique training for everyone, regardless of your current situation. Soft skills (or employee skills) are indispensable these days. By developing yourself with us in the 10 most sought-after soft skills, it will help you advance in your career. The training courses are available from November until the end of February 2024.
Note: this form is only for you if you want to follow the trainings in English only. If you want to follow the training in Dutch language, then register here.

Options
You can take the trainings in 2 ways:
- Option 1: Through both the US (in English, English B1/B2 level required) and the interactive workbooks. This option provides video and extra in depth training features like quizzes.
- Option 2: Only via the Dutch e-learning platform only (English available).
Register
Your personal data from the application form will be processed solely for the purpose of registering for ComPas / Exe-learning soft skills training as part of the Erasmus+ project Skill me 4 Job! or sending a notification about those trainings, in accordance with the GDPR.
More information
After your registration, you will receive confirmation of your participation. In it, you will also find a link to a self-check.
Shortly afterwards, we will send you more information on how and when you can start.
Option 1: take the English training and also take an additional US based English-language training course. The last trainings are available until 15 January 2024, after which you switch to the other platform. When you finish the US based-language training before that date you can start earlier with the next platform.
Option 2: English interactive workbooks – you start from 1 December 2023 or 1 January 2024 and you have until the end of February 2024 to complete the training.

Each training course can be taken at your own pace, and also with breaks.
US based English-language training courses
We have 25 free licences available for these. You can take these modules from end of November 2023 until 15 January 2024. In this programme, you take several short courses on the different soft skills that will help you succeed in your job.
Each course contains 5 video segments, each followed by open-ended and multiple-choice questions, and any activities your instructor or trainer may have added. Videos last 2-7 minutes on average. All videos have transcripts in English and closed English subtitles in addition to audio. The pace of the training is up to you! You have until 15 January 2024 to take the trainings.
Dutch-based English workbook modules
You can take these courses alongside or separately from the US based English-language modules. If you go fast, you will finish each Dutch-language module after 10-15 minutes. And you have until the end of February 2024.
